About the Role

This is an exciting time to join Nacro as we embark on a process of renewal and change.

The Head of HR will work with the leadership group to develop and implement initiatives that drive culture change and help deliver our business strategy. This role will lead our HR team to deliver excellent business partnering working closely with colleagues to identify business outcomes and co-develop solutions based on best practice.

This will be achieved by HR/OD strategies that develop the impact of our leaders and managers and embed agile working at every level. Crucial to this will be how we adapt our ways of working and culture to the new demands of post Covid-19 working.

The Person

We are looking for candidates who have strong leadership skills and are passionate about achieving business outcomes through a forward thinking approach to HR/OD.

You will have a track record of success gained over at least 10 years in a strategic HR leadership role in organisations who deliver services to beneficiaries, in charity, public or commercial settings.

Used to working in fast changing complex environments, you will be able to demonstrate expertise in delivering strategies and projects that continuously improve service performance. Crucial will be the ability to influence and advocate for change.

We need someone who will bring external best practice knowledge and lead your team to deliver excellent outcomes across a diverse range of service provision.
